1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges are calculated flat at checkout as follows:

. Order Processing & Timelines
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
- Handling / Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from order placement.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Destinations & Restrictions
- Supported Destinations: We currently ship to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Standard flat-rate shipping is available to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited shipping options require a physical street address.
- International Shipping: We do not currently ship internationally.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at service@suppliez.co with your order number. We will assist you with filing a carrier claim or issuing a replacement.
